Directions:

From the North
Take I-95 South to Benson, NC.  Take I-40 East. Choose one of the two options from I-40.

Option #1:
Take Exit 398 (Hwy53) towards Jacksonville, NC.  Go approximately 13 miles on Hwy 53 to Hwy 50 (signs say “Topsail Beaches”).  Remain on Hwy 50 for approximately 18 miles to Holly Ridge.  Continue on Hwy 50 through the traffic light in Holly Ridge.  Come to the new stoplight at the intersection of Hwy 50/210 and you will see the Surf City Gateway Plaza to your left.  Access Realty is the first building, in the front of the shopping center.

Option #2:
Take Exit 408 (Hwy 210) towards Hampstead.  Follow Hwy 210 to Hampstead.  At the traffic light in Hampstead, turn left on Hwy 17/210.  Go approximately 10 miles.  Turn right on Hwy 210.  Go approximately 3 miles and you will come to the new stoplight at the intersection of Hwy 50/210.  You will see the new Surf City Gateway Plaza to your right across the street.  Access Realty is the first building, in the front of the shopping center.

From the South
Take US 17 North or Us 74 East to Wilmington.  Continue on Us 17 North for approximately 25 miles.  Turn right on Hwy 210 East.  Go approximately 3 miles and you will come to the new stoplight at the intersection of Hwy 50/210.  You will see the new Surf City Gateway Plaza to your right across the street.  Access Realty is the first building, in the front of the shopping center.
